In 2017, SINOBASE production base (Hefei) was set up in Hefei City, Anhui Province, which is specialized in manufacuring LED Drivers and other accessories for lighting. The plant is set up strictly according with TS16949 standards.

On June 3, 2010, SINOBASE R&D Center (Changzhou) was set up in Xinbei District, Changzhou, which is another R&D center after the R&D in Nanjing headquarters.
On Jan 23, 2006, SINOBASE (Ningbo) Electronic Industrial CO., LTD was established in Ningbo, Zhejiang, as another production base for manufacturing the opoelectronic products, which won many famous customers worldwild, such as GE Lighting, Sylvania, IKEA...
On Dec. 9, 2005, SINOBASE Electronic Co., Ltd. was established in No. 738 Dixiu Rd, Binjiang Economic Development Zone, Jiangning District, Nanjing covering an area of 42 acres with capital USD 2.35million.
In 2003, SINOBASE european headquarters registered in Luxembourg, to acceleate the development in european market.
